Limani House is located in the centre of Sitia's old port. It's a fully renovated 2bedrooms house with an extra study/ working area - at the upper level - that access to the terrace with an amazing view!
Walking distance to everything - Free Parking at the Marina or at the Public parking nearby.
Τhe house is built on two levels and has all modern facilities.
On the first level you will find a spacious kitchen-dining room (fully equipped), a living room with a flat TV and a bed-sofa and the 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a full bathroom with washing machine.
At the top level you will find a study/ working area. All rooms are air conditioned.
From the top level you have access to a very spacious terrace that offers an amazing view extending from the old port to the city and the sea. Enjoy your stay and live like local in Sitia!

Casa bella, accessoriata e spaziosa
Siamo stati molto bene. La casa è molto bella,con una splendida vista. Un po' faticose le scale ,come da descrizione,ma per fortuna siamo ancora in forma per non aver problemi.
Host gentili, puntuali e disponibili. Ci hanno lasciato frutta e biscotti di pasticceria. Grazie mille!

Très beau logement très bien situé
Un logement tout à fait conforme aux photos, très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable.
Attention escalier très raide pour y accéder, sans doute pas possible pour tout le monde (personnes âgées et enfants en bas âge). Difficile avec les bagages également mais ce n'est qu'à faire 2 fois pendant le séjour ! Le logement en vaut la chandelle.
A proximité de tout, très bon point de départ pour explorer la côte est de la Crète.
Situé en plein centre ville, sur le port de Sitia, parfait pour flâner et trouver un bon resto. La contrepartie est le bruit et les odeurs de nourriture des restaurants. Fenêtres fermées le double vitrage joue parfaitement son rôle.
Dernier point : un problème de réservation avec Georgia est survenu. Réservation faite en avril pour un séjour du 10 au 14 aout et réception de la validation de mes dates également en avril. Aucun message de Georgia depuis avril et c'est le 09/08 au soir en prenant moi-même contact avec Georgia qu'elle m'apprend que le logement est loué jusqu'au 11/08 par les occupants actuels ! Elle m'a bien remboursée immédiatement d'une nuit et aidé à trouver un hôtel mais cela reste un problème. Je conseille de bien reboucler vos dates avec Georgia qui reste une personne agréable.

TOP!!!!
Heel goed ! Mooie plek, centraal in het gezellige Sitia. Geweldig uitzicht over de haven en zee. Loop naar beneden en je vind verschillende restaurants, tavernes, terrassen en barretjes waar je van vroeg tot laat terecht kan. Strand op loopafstand. Hert huis was brandschoon met airco in alle kamers op de 1e verdieping. Prima bedden en volledig uitgeruste keuken. Fijne ontvangst door onze host die snel reageert op elk verzoek/vraag die je nog mocht hebben. Kortom...…………...een aanrader !!
