"This was an amazing spot to view the ocean and beach. The restaurant was excellent as was the included breakfast. It is a little bit difficult to carry heavy suitcases up and down the stairs, but that’s our fault for bringing so much luggage. 😎 all the staff were friendly and professional. It was nice to have stairs right down to the Sandy Beach."

"We had such an amazing stay! Two girlfriends and I recently stayed at this beautiful, spacious home, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The Pelicans Nest was over 3,000 square feet, beautifully set up, and had everything we could possibly need. Not to mention the beautiful sunset from the upstairs balcony . It truly felt like a home away from home. We were able to take our little four legged babies with us, in which they loved to run around the fenced in backyard. They even supplied water and food bowl for them, plus little blankets. It was amazing for them too. The beach was literally just a five-minute drive away, which was such a wonderful bonus! If you’re planning a visit in September, the beach was practically empty when we were there. And if you have four-legged friends with you, they can enjoy plenty of freedom to run and play off-leash. The host Rick was awesome! Communication was easy and breezy, Rick responded quickly to every email and question we had. He explained everything clearly, and check-in was so easy and convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a girls’ getaway. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! "

"Fantastic property close to the beach and very short drive to Old Town. Lovely house with full amenities. The dogs felt welcomed and enjoyed the toy box and extra water bowls. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly and introduced their horse Ty And allowed everyone to walk over and say hello and pet him. The walk to the beach was easy making for some memorable sunsets. The Decks were great for taking in the scenery as well. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Would recommend. Stairs were tricky for some in our group but we managed well. Thank you again for sharing."

"This is a beautiful place to stay. Right on the river. The house accommodated our family of 11. Grandkids, kids and grandparents. Fully stocked kitchen as advertised. Beautiful scenery all around. This place is a must stay. Beds were comfy with plenty of xxtra pillows and blankets. The hostess is only a text away. Rita was very prompt in responding ."
