"Absolutely faultless...location was easy walking distance to all amenities..staff were really helpful..room was a very good size, clean and bed was comfortable...everything was great..we could park our motorcycles right next to our window for peace of mind..and to top it all the price was a real bargain...Will definitely stay here again"

"On arriving the location was great, parking was good as it was roadside. We were greeted by weeds to the front and filthy guttering. We couldn’t get in the door as the key lock wasn’t working so we rang the number and the spare key was under the plant pot by the front door. On entering the property it was very grim , not clean at all. Things were very grubby like cupboards were greasy and dusty. "Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Its not the hotels fault but some of the people that were staying there made it not so nice experience lot of banging and shouting at night and someone was trying to get into my room at one point. But overall the hotel itself is good for anyone travelling for a few nights in skegness."

"Overpriced outdated room badly in need of a revamp. No wifi, so like being in the 90's which is probably the last time the room was decorated. We visited in late August sonot the warmestmonth and the room was very cold. However i can't fault the owners, very nice people who made our stay bearable. "
