Adirondack chairs abound for sitting and reading or viewing the bay. The on-site restaurant, available for dinner or breakfast, sits adjacent to the water. 5 star meals are available. "When my husband and I arrived at the cottage, we both gave sigh of relief as the cottage and property was better than anticipated. The grounds are well kept and there are numerous bunnies and a few porcupines that visit the property on a daily basis. Just a short walk down a pathway, you will find a lovely beach to decompress! We saw a few seals just off the shore who were curious about us and our pooch. The cottage/house was spotless and charming. It offers a full sized fridge (bonus) and is well stocked with utensils and dishes and the necessities for an enjoyable stay. Just remember to stock up on groceries and ‘refreshments’ before you make your way to the cottage. We will definitely return! Great place for three or four family groups to stay as the cottages are close to each other but with enough space to chillax. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Cheers, Doug and Liz "
"Booking this cottage was a great choice for a much needed weekend getaway.Cottage is perfectly located with a spectacular ocean view.Very clean inside and out.The cottage is situated on a very peaceful setting.My communication with the owner was also very good with prompt responses to all my questions..We will definitely be returning to this property probably sooner than later."

"The house was adorable, very comfortable, really cozy and we felt like we were really staying in our own home. It overlooked the bay had great views. Well stock kitchen, comfortable beds, great lawn and really friendly for our dog Luna-- The location was easy to find and easy to get to local beaches and the town of guysboro to listen to music. Plus it was so quiet we could sit on the screen and porch or sit in the garden and just gaze and be very peaceful -- We were especially grateful to the host who handled a minor emergency quickly easily and they made it simple and not a bother at all"
