"The resort is nice, but feels tired and worn - definitely needs a refresh. Carpet throughout the hotel is worn and in some places, is loose. Bathrooms are clean, but needs to be updated. Several tiles in my room's bathroom were cracked or broken and the tub had rust spots. Overall, a nice stay but needs to be refreshed."

"The staff is the best anywhere. Long time employees that love their job. Breakfast is mostly carb oriented. I ate oatmeal only for the first time in 18 months because no other keto friendly choices. Scrambled eggs were from a processed liquid, not real egg shells. Hard pass. Sausage patties were not appealing to me either. Our mattress was well worn out with a back torturing dip in the middle. Management was horrified because the mattresses were recently new. The property was a great location and again, great staff members. I just couldn't sleep due to the discomfort."

"I paid for a room and when I got there the elevator was broken. My significant other had wrenched her knee and there was no way she could negotiate stairs. I told the clerk the problem and received no help. No refund on the room. I am protesting the charge. They would not change my room to the first floor and I was forced to find another room elsewhere."

"Needs a complete remodel. Front office is beautiful. Walk back to the building where the rooms are located, the building and at least our room needs heavy maintenance, painting, remodel. Was shocked especially for the price we paid. Donuts for breakfast gets old after one, plan on eating at the ihop across the street. Mary at the desk was the best during checking and following up with us. Front desk staff did not ask how our stay was, if everything was ok. A lot to work on."
