Very unique property. Although some rooms are “motel-type”, they are well-appointed and cozy. This hotel has a nice breakfast and a restaurant on premises.

Nice a beautiful facility with very friendly staff. Rooms are great. Only very minute small issues - Note: for people not well mobile, the rooms in the "slottet" have steep stairs.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Staff & service
The staff at check in wasn’t particularly helpful. The whole check in lasted about 2 minutes and we weren’t given any information about breakfast or anything else. The lady checking us in seemed amused we didn’t automatically know which building we were supposed to be in or where to go. There wasn’t enough parking for the number of guests in the back carpark. The front carpark was narrow and full too. The two bedroom apartment was spacious but only one of the bedrooms was heated, the other was one cold and there was no way to adjust the heating. No blinds in the bathroom or privacy lock on the from door. Breakfast was ok. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

3rd floor rooms were small and difficult to move around in due to angled ceilings. Paint could use some touch ups. Social areas and pool tables were enjoyed by kids in our family. Food was quite good and people were very nice.

The shower was gross and had a lot of black mold on the shower curtain and on the tile. One of the beds for the kids was on the floor. Maybe the legs broke. That bed was also broken so that something hard was in my daughters back

Unable to sleep because of noise

The room was right upstairs from a noisy party, at times music was loud enough that a metal table in the room was vibrating. Was unable to sleep from the noise, no chan ce to complain as the reception was closed. I highly advice not to book a room here, probably especially on weekends, probably the worst experience I ever had staying at any hotel, it was really tough getting through the following workday with no sleep.

Worst experiance ever

One of the worst experiance ever. It was 30 degrees and no Air Condition, room towards the street with lots of trafic so it was not posible to open the window. the room was small and the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. This is a B&B standard for €60 not a €120. If there would be a way to ask for a refund I would do that
