"Great place, plenty of space, great price, fun decor, everything we needed as a base for our travels in the UP. Quiet location and easy to find. Nice portable ac, plus good fans and ceiling fans. Has w/d, just remember to bring your own detergent and bath soaps and shampoo. Plenty of towels and blankets! Would definitely come here again!"

"This log home is amazing. It is funky and full of North Woods lore and charm. It probably isn't the best for little children, although we had our neices' little ones visit, and they had a blast. There are lots of beds, but not a lot of privacy due to the layout. Our multi-generational family loved it and found space for everyone. The location and view are top notch."

"Exactly what I wanted for a few days in a quiet plays with dark night skies. Made a fire and grilled every night before stargazing. (I visited during a meteor shower.) Very easy to find, right by the National Forest visitor center (give it a visit, they have great recommendations). Comfortable, clean, and exactly as described."
