"We were checked in by a very pleasant staff member.We were asked whether we would prefer a downstairs room with two queen beds as an option instead of a king bed which we had booked as this was upstairs and the facility does not have a lift. This was appreciated. When we asked for information about an activity we had planned the next day, we were assisted by Marie who was very helpful and informative.She gave us a lot of insight into the local area and recommendations which we found very useful. The room was spacious and had easy parking. Enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely recommend and stay again if we returned."

"Front desk staff were very helpful. They mentioned housekeeping was on request and whenever I needed anything extra (soap, coffee pods) they assisted me. We didn’t dine at this property. There’s some great fry bread in the parking lot close by. Gambled but didn’t win. Slots were tight. ☹️ Plenty of other things locally to do. Red Rock state park was close and was worth the visit. Old town Cottonwood was fun too."

"We do not stay at resorts for the most part but the Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit looked perfect for our Sedona trip. The resort was outstanding really. The staff will take care of most anything you need and are prompt in delivering needed amenities. The buildings and suites are really nice and blend in nicely with the surrounding scenery. The pools and hot tubs were impressive and super clean. I wish there was a restaurant or cafe on site but that really did not matter as all that stuff is close enough. Right behind the resort are miles are beautiful trails with amazing views. Overall, this is a really great resort and if I were to return to Sedona, we would certainly stay here again. I would also add that the rates are very reasonable, especially for Sedona."

"The room was clean and stylish. I looked forward to a great sleep every night. I did not wake up in the night. I liked having carpet on the floor. I did not need to ask for an iron and ironing board. There was coffee and tea in the room, but I prefered the morning breakfast with its wide choice. Really delicious; waffels,wheat bread, white bread, warm biscuts, sausage gravy, sausage, yogurt, cerial,oatmeal, eggs, danish,fresh fruit to name a few. The grounds were in good shape. At that time they were remodeling the front office it will be fresh ad beautiful soon. The pool was pristine and heated. We had to leave eariler, the maid was surprised she had us down for two more nights. That was the maid for room 214, to be exact. Because of her talking to us we rmember that we should inform the office. They said they will do it by computer. We wanted something in writing but they said it was not necessary. To our happyness when we returned to Japan there was already a refund in our bank account. This is a trustworthy company. No redtape and weeks of waiting. Traveling was over, our experance is still being enjoyed."

"Great stay.. 3 nights, cabin super clean and comfortable. About a 6 minute drive into town. I like this better than a normal hotel... full fridge, modern kitchen. I would stay there again, which is the best compliment! Things I didn't like... since it's a timeshare, or something like that, they want you to give them a bunch of info when you check in, as well as joining their club... so uncheck the box that says 'ok to send emails' etc."
