The house has amazing ocean views from the balcony which has a BBQ and 10 seater dining table. The property has a large front yard and fully fenced grounds and is just a short walk to shops and Smiths Beach.

A fully equipped kitchen includes electric cooking appliances, microwave and dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

New furniture and a split system in the lounge room, make for a very comfortable stay. Free wifi is available.

4 bedrooms in this holiday home sleeps up to 11. The 4th bedroom is dual purpose with a sofa bed, providing an extra bedroom or a quiet sitting room. A portacot is available for the younger family member and free wifi is available.

Two bathrooms cater to the larger family group.

After a day at the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
