Lakeside cabin, remodeled, cozy, pet friendly with boat launch & free boat slip.

"Nice property, could have used a more thorough cleaning, dust under couch and beds. Noticed cooking pots were sloughing non stick material into our meals. Clint very accommodating told us to leave pots out when we left and he would get new ones. The door knob on front door fell off but we were able to get it back on. Grass area was very nice. Short walk to the water. Perfect bay to kayak with calm water. The lake was empty of boats, Kayaked out to the tip of peninsula and did not see one other boat. Very relaxing visit except for Clint running the leaf blower to blow all the pine needles. I guess it was that time of year. As we were leaving they were redoing the asphalt getting ready for winter I guess. We felt like we were in their way."

"Very nice property, just as listed, owner communicated very well. Kitchen and bathrooms well accommodated. We did not have to use the heating system, but it appears fairly new and maintained.We greatly enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at night with comfortable outdoor chairs. We brought plenty of firewood and sat outside for hours under the stars.Surprised by the number of other homes in close proximity but none seemed occupied during our stay. Certainly a vacation home neighborhood.I would consider returning in the winter with plenty of snow. The house would be cozy and warm, snow play at your doorstep and the board game, and puzzle selection is unmatched."

"The property was clean and well stocked with everything you might expect in the kitchen and bathroom. Parking is convenient and everything worked well. The location is great for visiting Lake Almanor (5 minute drive) or Lassen Volcanic National Park (35 minute drive). Check-in was fast and easy. The size of the property might be a bit tight for six people but is ideal for two to four people."
