DeCosta Su Casa, is a charming oceanfront condo in the lovely beach town of North Topsail Beach. We encourage and practice environmentally aware products. Top-floor location right by the water, it offers a serene retreat with beachcombing opportunities. Watching the sunrise and Dolphins frolic from your private balcony is breathtaking. The queen-size bedroom and kids' twin beds make it family-friendly, and the fully loaded kitchen and on-site laundry facilities add to the convenience.
The space
Beautiful, ocean front condo in a sleepy, beach community. This cozy non-smoking condo offers plenty of room for families, small groups, or anyone who wants to get away. The unit is 540 sq ft. The bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed with soft and fluffy linens. The bunk beds are the perfect size kids with very soft blankets. This area also has a twin rollaway bed with linens provided. It is tucked away under the bunk beds. The bathroom offers a full sized tub and shower. Fully equipped with plenty of hygiene products and soft towels. We also offer beach towels, a basketball, tennis rackets and balls as well as a few beach toys. Located a short hour from historic Wilmington, North Carolina this top floor apartment is a stone’s throw from the water and a short drive from local restaurants and activities. Watch the sun rise from your own private balcony or collect shells and shark teeth on the beach.
We have many environmentally friendly products. To include 2 reusable water bottles to use during your stay. A Brita water pitcher. The dish soap is 95% biobased and hand soap is 97%. Both bottles are made from recycled glass. Garbage bags are made from recycled plastic. The condo is cleaned with biodegradable cleaning products. These products are FDA approved for sanitization. Our toilet paper is tree free, made from sustainable bamboo. The living room floor covering is made from recycled plastic. Many of the décor items were up-cycled from reused pallets.
The Space
Renovated in 2019, this condo is a third floor, east-facing getaway that comes complete with a queen-sized master bedroom, bunk beds, twin rollaway and a living room couch. The kitchen comes fully loaded and laundry facilities are available on site. Parking and WIFI are also included. We do not have assigned parking spots. We are able to accommodate two vehicles.

Guest access
You have access to the entire private unit. There is access to the beach from the 1st floor. There is also access for use to the tennis court and basketball court. Across the street and to the right of the Tiki Mart

This unit is in the 3rd floor. There is not an elevator.

Check Out Checklist
These instructions are located on the table in the Livingroom.
Please take care of the following requests. Thank you.
•Check out is no later than 11 AM.
•Make sure to sign-out of any streaming services on the TV and Fire Stick.
•Remove and discard any opened perishable food items from the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and oven. Make sure the stove is off.
•Conduct a quick "sweep" of the outdoor and condo areas to make sure you have not left any valuable items behind. Any items left behind will be discarded.
•Take out all the trash to the dumpster located outside in the parking lot to the left.
•Make sure that there is not an excessive amount of sand and hair on the floor.
• Individually hang all wet towels on any of the multiple hooks that are located throughout the condo.
•Turn off all lights, air-conditioning/heating units, and other electronics.
•Please leave the parking pass with the guest directory. $20 charge for each pass not left behind.
•Upon departure, lock the door and send me a message.
