Welcome to our sweet slice of paradise that is affectionately named, Vito's Place. This charming condo is an ideal getaway, offering a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. With 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and the convenience of a full washer and dryer, this top-floor unit in Topsail Dunes has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation on Topsail Island.

Access to the condo is effortless thanks to the nearby elevator, making it easy to bring in all your luggage and essentials. As you enter, you’ll find a spacious screened-in front porch, perfect for storing beach gear, flip flops, and towels for quick access, or for unwinding in the evenings with family, enjoying card games, or reminiscing about your day on the beach.

Step inside, and you’ll immediately feel the inviting warmth of Vito's Place. The open kitchen is a chef's dream, offering plenty of space to prepare meals while taking in stunning ocean views through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas. Whether you're enjoying a casual breakfast or a cozy dinner, you’ll feel like you're dining right on the beach.

The first bedroom down the hall features two twin beds, making it a perfect space for the kids to relax and unwind with their favorite shows. Next to the shared full bathroom, you'll find a second bedroom with a new queen bed, designed to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. The master suite is your private retreat, boasting a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom for added comfort.

Each bedroom is equipped with brand-new TVs, offering local cable and streaming options to keep you entertained. The real showstopper, however, is the large wrap-around oceanfront balcony, where you can sit back, take in the panoramic views of the coastline, and watch the waves roll in beneath those breathtaking cotton candy skies.

When you're ready to hit the beach, you'll find the community’s beach access just steps from the elevator, leading you to pristine white sands. The community also features a pool, basketball court, bocce ball, corn hole, horseshoes, and a grilling area with picnic tables under a pavilion. For the little ones, there's even a pirate ship-themed play area to enjoy.

Wonderful Vacation!

This was our second visit to Vito’s place and we really enjoyed the condo and location. Plus we had perfect weather. The condo was very clean and spacious for our group of six. The decor is a bit dated, but in good shape. When we arrived the elevator was down, however was up and running the next morning. Hoping we can make our way back next year!
