AMAZING OCEANFRONT HOME !
DOLPHIN TALES allows you to "LIVE THE COASTAL LIFE !"
(Bed linens and bath towels included! Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towel pack are delivered by linen service and placed at the bottom entrance. Beds are not made, towels not in bathrooms. Also, you will need to bring beach towels.)

This Newly remodeled duplex vacation home with smart keyless entry, in North Topsail Beach is ready for your family and friends to enjoy!

Comfortably accommodates 10 guests with its 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, chefs kitchen with all the essentials, large oceanfront private deck with direct beach access from our boardwalk 😎. Complimentary starter dish pods, dish soap & sponge, paper towels, toilet paper provided!

The first level open concept design includes the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining peninsula, dining table and comfy living room with wall Mount TV plus the 60 game arcade table set on free play for lots of family fun! Also on the first level is a Beautifully decorated Queen bedroom with ceiling fan, wall mount TV and street side deck. A full bath with tub/shower and laundry area on first level.

From the large ocean front living room deck, use our boardwalk to the beach! An outdoor shower is located on the deck to rinse off after a great beach day!

The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. First, the stylish Oceanfront King primary suite with private oceanfront balcony, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan , loads of closet space and 3 piece bath. Next room, a beautiful 60” Queen bed with wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and private ocean view balcony. Then, 2 sets of twin size bunk beds with wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and street side balcony.

Enjoy time on the deck watching the ocean, wildlife and yes...Dolphins! Stroll the beach searching for shells and sharks teeth. Gaze at the star filled night sky. Make memories you will talk about years from now!!!
Park style charcoal grill beside parking area for use during your stay. You will need charcoal if you plan on grilling. Grill utensils are in the pantry closet in the kitchen.

Garage is not available for use. Beach chairs and beach toys not provided.

*** Pets welcome, 1 dog only please. Additional non refundable pet fee of $200.00 required...Please be respectful and pick up after your pet. Town ordinance for not picking up after your pet is $100.00 fine.

Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier island with an abundance of sharks teeth, seashells and clean white sandy beaches.
North Topsail Beach is a family friendly community, clean, quiet beaches with plenty of local restaurants, beach shops and water craft rental a few miles away.
Support local business and historical sites! A short drive to Wilmington NC to site see at the Battleship NC or Bellamy Mansion museum. Go to the north end of the island and walk the beautiful white sand beach and watch the oceans fury.. DO NOT SWIM AT THE NORTH END!! Waters are very dangerous!

Perfect Family getaway

We stayed here in the off season and practically had the whole beach to ourselves! It was clean 10/10, mostly private (shared walkway) 10/10, and the location is absolutely perfect and across the street from a pizza shop 10/10!!! The kitchen was also fully stocked and that was absolutely the best part! Perfect for the whole family thank you so much!!!

Top notch stay.

We really enjoyed this house at the beach. Good beds and bedding, lots of extra homey touches. Each bedroom had its own deck. We ate at the handy place across the street and had fun exploring the area.

Wonderful family get together

Totally enjoyed our time together my husband, sister from AC, adult children and adult grandchildren. The weather was beautiful most days so the boys loved spending time on the beach, surf casting. We shared time with my daughter who lives in Holly Ridge. Just perfect

Overall the stay was good. Close proximity to the beach was great and it was quiet during our stay. We did feel the bedroom furniture and bathroom fixtures could use updating. Appreciated the clean linen delivery upon our arrival.

Great family vacation

Perfect location and we had a fantastic week. Owner was very accessible and available to answer any questions we had. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony outside the master every morning.

The townhome location is great, and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. Property owner is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with, very prompt to reply to any questions or concerns you may have. One of the best places to eat is located across the street.

The house is beautiful, newly updated w brand new carpet in bedrooms. Layout is great for ocean viewing from kitchen, dining, living room & master bedroom. Just beautiful! Beach is narrow but widens a lot as tide goes out. Highly recommend

A Breathe of Fresh Air

WOW! We were very happy with our stay! Beth was an outstanding communicator! The place was exactly as seen in the pictures! Very close to beach and private. Top Sail Island is the perfect spot, NO commercialization and very comfortable! Fishing was great and we slayed the shark tooth hunt. Yes we would definitely go back!

The home was comforting. The views were amazing. The island has a lot of history Our trip was during Hurricane Lee so waves were so loud and memorizing but for me the best part was the shooting stars at night.

Dolphin Tales is a wonderful home on the Ocean!

We so enjoyed the home and proximity to the ocean . The kitchen had everything we needed! Our granddaughter enjoyed the bunk room. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Thank you Beth for sharing your home.

GREAT VACATION SPOT

It was perfect! The kids had plenty of space to play. Everyone was able to gather comfortably in the same spaces. Check-in and out process was seamless! Our older dog loved the experience. Communication with owner was quick and to the point! Would definitely consider returning next year! Oh most important, beach access was perfect! 😍

Beautiful house on the beach

We had a great time staying at Dolphin Tales! It was our first time taking our dog with us to the beach and I was nervous with pet friendly places. The house was very clean, you would never know any dogs stayed there. Loved the house and the view. Plenty of games to play. Had an issue with the air conditioning and the host Beth had the issue resolved quickly. Highly recommend this house!

Great time at Dolphin Tales

My family of 5 and my sister’s family of 4 plus our dog all very much enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Tales. Beth was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and equipment. The bedrooms were spacious. The living area was comfy and had a nice selection of family games. The deck space offered a great view, and the beach was just steps away. The beach equipment closet was well stocked with boards, chairs, sand toys. The Pac-Man game was a big hit with our kids and husbands. We all had a great time and would Love to go back!

Fantastic being right on beach

All the pots and pans were very dirty. All the mattresses were poor. All the boogie boards were broken, so didn't have boards to use, and cabinet contents not as pictured. The views and the beach were incredible. The pinball machine was fun!

Amazing experience overall. We book a rental at Top Sail every year for atleast two weeks during summer, and by far this was the best property we have lived in so far. Everyone from our kids to our parents had a great time.
