Very Good

Amazing spa, breakfast, and grounds! I thought the shower looked a bit dirty/mildew-y so I wished it was taken care of a bit more. I still really liked the stay overall!
The hotel is very cozy, excellent breakfast, comfy beds. There was a few things we hope will improve the next time we stay: we were informed it was not possible to book the spa after the quite early checkout time of 10am. The bedside tables in our room hadn’t been cleaned and had sticky stains on them. The walls in the bathroom also needed some attention. The rooms were beautiful and big. We had a nice stay and would recommend the hotel.
Third stay here, and the spa, rooms and breakfast were wonderful as usual. Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room.
In the country-side. and only three mins walk to the station. Even the train ride was wonderful.
As for the hotel, lots of amenities available, altho i didn't use as many.
Food was good and there was quite a range.
So peaceful and warmest bed in all of my journey through Europe. Slept so well, even forgot to close the curtains
Like: almost everything
Dislike: no climate control in rooms

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
On the exterior, The Comwell looked excellent, with a supposed state of the art spa facilities, high quality restaurant and a friendly smile on arrival by the staff.
In reality, what I was met with was a lot of hidden costs for facilities that barely worked. I paid for access to the spa facilities, however, saunas were not functional, there was little direction in terms of what was available for me to use and what I couldn't. Staff were inattentive. I was seemingly ignored by the front of house restaurant staff as I waited to be seated, with several different members of staff walking straight past me without acknowledgement. I gave up and went to the supermarket instead. The next day I visited the restaurant again and wasn't impressed by the limited menu. There were no vegetarian options, little diversity and the food wasn't that great.
When reporting spa facilities that were not working, members of staff did nothing to rectify the issue or inform me of whether it was being seen to or not.
My room had an insect infestation which made it very difficult to relax and settle down. The bedsheets were not fitted to the bed very well, and I found myself tangled in the middle of the night.
The bathroom was poor, with a sink that doesn't plug in, a shower that sprays all over the floor and a toilet that had a particularly bad smell throughout my week.
I left the Comwell with a bad taste in my mouth. I felt disappointed and let down by what could have been a very lovely stay.
We were given a room on first floor 129, after a real fun day with the kids at the amusement park we exhausted.
Arriving at the room the smell of mole, water damage and bad ventilation hit us.
To tired to complain we fell asleep at the room after a room service experience not to mention as any good.
Morning after the room with the smell we had all headache and all of our clothes smelled mold.
The same day we got in touch with the receptionist and she acted like she knew the room we had have stayed in was really bad.
She immediately gave us a room on 2nd floor. This room was so dirty we couldn’t stay there. Dog hair in bed, human hair in bed and some stains on bed looking like blood.
So we heading again to the reception. And she gave us another room, this time on 1st floor.
We also asked for baby crib, and yea, bo crib in the room. Just a extra single bed. Hard as a rock.
Our concern is that the room had a recent water damage and the room was not fully dried out.
And now the situated a family there with their kids.
