Third stay here, and the spa, rooms and breakfast were wonderful as usual. Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room.

On the exterior, The Comwell looked excellent, with a supposed state of the art spa facilities, high quality restaurant and a friendly smile on arrival by the staff. In reality, what I was met with was a lot of hidden costs for facilities that barely worked. I paid for access to the spa facilities, however, saunas were not functional, there was little direction in terms of what was available for me to use and what I couldn't. Staff were inattentive. I was seemingly ignored by the front of house restaurant staff as I waited to be seated, with several different members of staff walking straight past me without acknowledgement. I gave up and went to the supermarket instead. The next day I visited the restaurant again and wasn't impressed by the limited menu. There were no vegetarian options, little diversity and the food wasn't that great. When reporting spa facilities that were not working, members of staff did nothing to rectify the issue or inform me of whether it was being seen to or not. My room had an insect infestation which made it very difficult to relax and settle down. The bedsheets were not fitted to the bed very well, and I found myself tangled in the middle of the night. The bathroom was poor, with a sink that doesn't plug in, a shower that sprays all over the floor and a toilet that had a particularly bad smell throughout my week. I left the Comwell with a bad taste in my mouth. I felt disappointed and let down by what could have been a very lovely stay.

Jeg har været yderst tilfreds og kommer gerne igen. Jeg vil dog bare påpege 2 ting. Mit værelse 332 ( badeværelse) gulvet var slidt og virkede nusset og tilkalket og der var sorte svampelignende kanter i den store swimming pool i kælder spaområdet. Ellers er det et dejligt hotel og en dejlig oplevelse. Tak

Hotellets personal var super trevlig. Men det var skrämmande så dålig luft det var på hotellet. Ingen ac på rummet. Poolerna utomhus uppvärma till 38 grader när det var över 25 grader i luften. Inte ens duscharna utomhus var m kall vatten. Vi checkade ut en dag tidigare än vi skulle pga att det inte gick att sova i denna värmen.

Det blir nok ikke Comwell Borupgaard neste sommer.

Veldig dårlig luft i hele hotellet, ingen sirkulasjon eller aircondition, ikke tilgang til vifter da vi spurte, til tross for at vi skulle være der en hel uke. Positivt ifht renhold på rommet, måtte bestille ved behov, men hadde ønsket en enklere løsning for å få byttet håndklær og påfyll av toalettpapir. Synes også opplevelsen i frokostsalen har blitt dårligere, upraktisk lagt opp, mye køer grunnet folk som må løpe på kryss og tvers, både gjester og ansatte. Tidligere har det vært tilgang til mat på flere stasjoner, både i gang og inne i sal, denne gang kun i frokostsalen. Synes også personalet ved tidligere besøk har vært blidere og mer serviceinnstilte. Litt synd, for det er en grunn til at jeg kom tilbake for 3.eller 4.gang nå.

Super skønt og hyggeligt hotel. Lækker morgenmad. Et minus er dårlig rengøring på værelset. Badeværelset havde fyldt skraldespand. Affald efterladt på værelset. Særligt badeværelset trænger til kraftig rengøring, her var der også en del bananfluer.

Vi kom som anmeldt kl. 23. men måtte vente længe i receptionen, ellers stor tilfredshed med personalet. Allerede på andendagen gjorde vi opmærksom på at der var et stort hvepsebo uden for vores vindue, som vi altid havde åbent, når vi var der pga varmen, men der skete ikke noget i forhold til dette. Madrasserne var elendige, alt for bløde og hver gang man havde rejst sig fra sengen, skulle de skubbes på plads, da man ellers ville ryge ned.

Det var ett fint hotell och spa. Vårt rum var väldigt enkelt och spartanskt. Vemtilationen var trasig i vårt rum och vi fick bara en fläkt. Våra handdukar kunde inte gorla då lyften var dålig i rummet. Otydlig info från er att pool inte ingick så vi fick betala ca 400 extra per person. Man önskar även att balsam finns i duschen på rummet. Men restaurangen hade väldigt god mat. Personalen var trevlig. Väldigt fint, men lanske inte prisvärt hotell
