"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping."

These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth.
