Poolview Hearthstone by LUXSTAYUSA
A ground-level patio opens straight onto the Allegheny Springs pool deck, with the heated pool and hot tubs a few steps away. Inside: a bedroom with two queens, a bunk den with its own doors, a queen sleeper sofa and two full baths, sleeping ten. A gas fireplace, a smart TV and a full kitchen with stainless appliances. Ski-in/ski-out in Village Central, about 200 yards from the Ballhooter lift.
This is the condo for a family or a group of friends who want the pool to be part of the day, not a trip downstairs. The patio sits at ground level beside the pool deck, so morning coffee comes with the sound of the hot tubs and the kids can be in the water within a minute of leaving the door.

- Free ski lockers are on the ground floor and open with your amenity key. Skis, snowboards and bikes stay there, not in the condo.

THE BUILDING
Allegheny Springs is the Village Central building with the pool. Shared amenities include:
- Heated outdoor pool (seasonal) and outdoor hot tubs
- Dry sauna and fitness center
- Outdoor gas fire pit behind the lobby
- Lobby with a stone fireplace, front desk and elevator
- Key-card entry and free ground-floor ski lockers
- Coin-operated laundry in the building (there is no washer or dryer in the condo)
- Blue Ridge Grille on site, with hours that vary by season
These facilities are operated by the resort and the building association and keep seasonal hours.
ARRIVAL, PARKING AND CHECK-IN
- Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.
- Pick up your amenity key with a photo ID at the Allegheny Springs front desk in the lobby (in season, until about 11 PM) or at The Inn at Snowshoe at the base of the mountain, open 24 hours. It opens the building entry, pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center and ski lockers.
- The condo has a keypad lock. Your door code arrives by email the day before arrival.
- Unload through the underground tunnel by the shuttle terminal, then park free in the general Village lot across the street, a 3 to 5 minute walk. Resort valet is available at Allegheny Springs for a nightly fee.
- There is no cell service near the resort. Download directions and offline maps before you leave home, then switch to the Wi-Fi when you arrive.
- Four-wheel drive is strongly recommended when it snows.
GOOD TO KNOW
- The condo is on the first floor next to the pool deck, so expect daytime voices from the pool in season. It quiets down in the evening.
- The second bedroom is a den with doors and a bunk bed rather than a full bedroom, best for kids or younger adults.
- The sleeper sofa is most comfortable for children or a short stay.
- With ten guests, two baths and one kitchen, staggered showers before first chair help.

The free resort shuttle stops along Snowshoe Drive and runs to Silver Creek and the Western Territory.

SEASONAL RESORT AND BUILDING AMENITIES: PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BOOK
Snowshoe is a seasonal mountain resort. Many of its shops, restaurants, activities, lifts and shuttles operate only part of the year. Building amenities such as pools, hot tubs, saunas, fitness rooms, ski lockers and front-desk check-in locations are run by Snowshoe Mountain Resort and the building associations, not by LuxStayUSA, and may be closed for the season, for weather or for maintenance during your stay. We don't control their schedules, so please confirm current hours and availability directly with Snowshoe Mountain Resort before you book. Closures of these third-party facilities don't change your reservation terms.
