THE SPACE



Mountain Lodge 345 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo on Floor 3 of the Mountain Lodge building at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. At 455 sq ft, it's the ideal basecamp for couples, small families, or a tight-knit group of up to six looking to spend maximum time on the mountain without paying 2BR prices.



Step out your door and you're steps from the Ballhooter Lift — one of the fastest ways to the top. After a full day on the slopes or trails, the private balcony is the perfect spot to decompress with views of the runs stretching down the mountain.



The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher — everything you need for easy breakfasts before the lifts open and relaxed dinners after. Bar-height seating keeps things casual. The living area includes a sleeper sofa and high-speed Wi-Fi, so everyone stays comfortable whether you're planning tomorrow's runs or winding down for the night.



🌡️ CLIMATE NOTE: Mountain Lodge 345 does not have central air conditioning — at over 4,800 ft elevation, mountain nights are naturally cool year-round. A portable air conditioning unit is provided for warm summer days.
