"​Congratulations W Dubai Hotel , ​My wife, son, and I stayed at your hotel for 6 nights for a family vacation, occupying two separate rooms (2+1 people). After the first night, we opted for a paid upgrade and moved to even more beautiful (though slightly smaller) rooms. ​In one of our rooms (where my son stayed alone), housekeeping was done perfectly every day. For the other room (the one my wife and I shared), we intentionally kept the red "Do Not Disturb" light on and hung the "No, not yet" sign to decline cleaning service. Despite this, I received a few calls on the landline asking if we needed cleaning. A day before our departure, I received a WhatsApp message asking the same thing again. When I inquired why this was being asked so persistently—clarifying that it was our choice and the room could be cleaned after we checked out—the hotel representative was incredibly sincere and professional. To apologize for the persistence, theytreated our entire family to a complimentary breakfast. I would like to thank them for this kind, sensitive gesture and their genuine care for our comfort. ​Key Highlights of Our Stay: ​Cleanliness & Ambiance : The hotel is exceptionally clean and peaceful. The sense of quality is evident in every detail. ​Beach & Service: The private beach is excellent, and the staff there are very attentive. The food and beverage menu at the beach is quite satisfying. ​Dining: There are several different restaurant concepts at the beach, each unique and won"

"The hotel itself was very good customer service and amazing housekeeping. The staff was always helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. The only thing I would say we didn’t enjoy was the location. The area is really busy and has a lot of traffic due to construction but other than that the hotel is great. Some great cafes in the area too! "

"Fantastic hotel! Great staff, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. Great breakfast and dinner options. Pool area was great, house keepers around the pool are very helpful. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Room was clean and spacious - we asked for extra water, hangers and few other things. Everything we asked for was delivered within 10 minutes or less. Definitely going to stay again on our next trip. Fantastic for families aswell - we had our 14 month old with us"

"We had a great 9 night stay at the hotel. Le Meriden is part of three hotels - Le Meridien, W hotel and Westin and you can use the facilities, pools, restaurants at each which means the area is huge. The waterpark, beach and play park were brilliant for our kids (1 and 3). The staff are outstanding - special shout out to Mohammed and Jeet working the front door / bags / cases, Rapesh, Thwain, Jasmine and Lakima in the last recipe restaurant who always had a smile and helped keep our boys under control. Location is great - taxis are plentiful and cheap, metro across the road and a carrefour a 3 minute walk away. The only downside was the building work taking place around the property with the works on the road going on until 1/2am. Nothing the hotel can do about it but it is pretty loud! "
