"Upon arrival I went to put our drinks in the fridge and there was milk and some mold at the bottom of the fridge. We promptly told front desk so that they could send someone to clean. The Keurig machine water had not been emptied - and must not have been for a while as the water was brown. Overall the room was not the cleanest. There were two brown splotches on the walls by the bed. The following morning I awoke to several ants eating a piece of popcorn that had fallen on the floor by the fridge. I also found ants under my infant son’s lounger that was in one of the beds. All I could think is we usually get takeout at hotels and place the boxes by that garbage since they don’t fit and that would’ve been absolutely disgusting. Expedia tried to reach out and I believe were dodged by the management. Reached out via Wyndham and currently waiting for management to contact us directly. They did not answer their text system and front desk only said they would check the room after we checked out early morning. "

"The room was exceptionally clean, great blackout bline so we could seelp in a bit later. It was also very quiet and comfortable. Excellent location downtown close to many restaurants, pubs and the convention center. "

"This hotel is very outdated. There is no elavator anf all of the carpets througout the hotel are awful. I rented the delux suite . There were fruit flies in the room in what seemed like an infinate amount. There was what looked to be a large urine stain on one of the sheets near the bottom of the bed. There were sketchy looking people smokjng right outside of thre side enterances. I dont remcommed."

"Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others when researching. "

"A very clean and comfortable home in a great location if you want to be close to downtown. Easy walking to restaurants, pubs, and walking trails. Very easy check in and check out and Curtis very responsive to any questions I had. "
