perseverance in Soleftea

There was a major problem with check in. We did not receive the email wit check in instructions. It took a long while to get in touch with the local manager through the Hotels.com office. when he did arrive everything was fine - except that the oven didn't work!

Enkelt litet hotell på 4:e våningen i ett affärshus. Smidig incheckning trots att vi kom efter stängning. Rent på rummen och familjär känska att kunna gå och hämta kaffe m m i köksdelen på kvällen. Sov gott i sköna sängar. Bra frukost. Trevligt bemötande av personalen!

Det var lyhört både från gatan och mellan rummet. Första natten snarkade grannen genom hela natten vilket påverkade nattsömnen. Kaffe, som det fanns tillgång till under hela dagen, var från en maskin och smakade inte mycket. Välplanerat rum med soffgrupp och relativt bekväma sängar på liten yta.

Helt okej hotel när man är borta på jobb. Hotellet är lite nedgånget och ingenting är renoverat, Iallafall inte vad jag kunde se. +frukost +bekväma sängar +gym och bastu finns om man frågar efter nyckel. + kaffe, frukt och fika fanns tillgängligt hela tiden. - känns som att tiden stått stilla, väldigt gammalt. - De flesta stolarna i matsalen var dålig/vingliga Kan dock ändå rekommendera.

Overnatting i Sollefteå

Det var vanskelig å finne hotellet, da det lå i 4. etasje. Da jeg først kom til inngangsdøren og skulle inn var døren låst. Ringte på, men ingen åpnet. Resepsjonen var ikke betjent, men man måtte ha en kode for å få romnøkler. Koden ble ikke oppgitt da jeg bestilte rommet på mobil, noe som burde vært gjort.

Mysigt och smidigt

Mysigt och trevligt rum på ett riktigt hemtrevligt hotell. Vi checkade in efter receptionen stängt och det gick jättebra. Funderkring parkering fick vi flera alternativ kring samt tips på matställe och rabatter. Bokade rum med kort varsel utan problem. Tvbox fungerande inte som tänkt men inget vi kände behov att felanmäla sent på kvällen. Frukost sammanfattar vi som godkänd då det var ett litet mindre utrymme för att få i sig de vanligaste från en hotellfrukost. Pluspoäng för skotork och mysig lokal.

Trevligt välkomnande och personlig service! Relativt enkel standard, frukostbuffén överraskade dock. Rummet var välstädat och trivsamt. Lyhört mellan rum och korridor som flera andra påpekat, men överlag är helhetsupplevelsen och hotellets centrala läge prisvärt. Kan tänka mig att stanna här igen.
