Family-friendly vacation apartment
Our approx. 80 m² apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, from here a bicycle / hiking trail goes directly through the fields to Soltau, Neuenkirchen or Dorfmark. This is an ideal starting point for bike tours or long walks.
The apartment was completely renovated in winter 19/20 and is now technically and optically in the most modern condition.
You enter the apartment through the staircase, you first reach the hallway, from here all other rooms go out. There is a spacious cloakroom in the hallway.
The approximately 28m ² living / dining room with a 3 person couch and two large armchairs and a flat screen TV offers all the necessities for a cozy evening. The large dining table can seat up to 6 people.
The kitchen is a dream for every cook. In a modern design, fully equipped u. a. with oven, ceramic hob, large freezer with freezer, coffee machine, kettle etc. And also plenty of space for your self-sufficiency supplies. It also has a counter with 2 bar stools, from where you can either enjoy the view of the countryside or watch the cook at work.
The bathroom is small but nice, also new, modern and cozy at the same time. There is an XL shower, toilet and sink
There is also a bedroom and a children's room. The children's room with approx. 10m² convinces with friendly bright colors. An individual "pirate bunk bed" and a single bed offer space for 3 children or adults. With boat planks on the floor and portholes on the bed, it already gets you ready for visits to the surrounding amusement parks.
The master bedroom (~ 14m²) has a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters with comfortable orthopedically recommended mattresses. The second flat screen TV of the apartment is also located here.
In order to get into the garden you have to leave the house through the front door, directly next to it there are approx. There is a small seating and barbecue area, as well as a sandpit for the children and some children's toys. Large trees provide sufficient natural shade, but sun worshipers also get their money's worth here.
A parking space for the car is of course right in front of the house and is included in the rental price.
