"Nice place everything was Great. The only thing that is not ok is the fact that 250.00 dollars was held from my bank account when we checked in. Once we checked out i was told that it would not be returned to my account for 7 to 10 days. This was a hold on my account just to make sure there was no damages. The point is you all put the hold on my account instantly but it takes up to 10 days to return my money this is not right. I am not pleased with that at all. "

"Precious at the front guest was friendly and polite. I called ahead and requested a bottom floor so my grandson wouldn’t wake anyone up when we arrived late and she was very informative and accommodating. "
