With a view of the sea, the property Sa Copinya in Son Servera is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.

The house boasts a private outdoor area with a pool and a barbecue. The pool is not available in January, February and December.

The house has direct access to the sea and beach from the garden and is located in Port Verd, a very well-known tourist area.

Very nice house with plenty of space for families

Pros: There's everything you need for a vacation with family, especially small kids. We loved the garden and the little pool; as we have small kids it was safe for them to not fall into the pool (you have to climb into it). We did not miss anything. The location is convenient not far from restaurants and a nice beach 2 minutes further North. The sea front location is also nice, although we didn't use the beach that much as there was a lot of sea grass (normal for this season). We would come back. :-)

Super Haus, tolle Lage, Meeresrauschen inklusive

Pros: + direkte Lage am Meer (Meeresrauschen zum einschlafen und aufwachen) + freundlicher Empfang inkl. Snacks + schnelle Rückmeldung, als es ein kleines Problem an der Heizung gab (der Eigentümer selber kam innerhalb kurzer Zeit persönlich und hat es am nächsten Tag reparieren lassen) + schöne Gegend allgemein. Fußläufig bis Cala Bona + Betten waren sehr bequem + ordentliches Grundstück. Sehr gepflegt + Rückgabe ganz unkompliziert + tägliche Reinigung und Kontrolle des Pools + Spielzeug für Kinder vorhanden (Sandspielzeug, Tischtennis, Beachball, etc.) Cons: - der Strand war nicht zum baden geeignet (sehr algig und daher keine Einstiegsmöglichkeit). Trotzdem wunderschön zum spazieren gehen (mit Schuhen) - leider funktionierte der Trockner nicht richtig. Die Wäsche wurde nicht trocken Nun Hinweise/Feedback, keine Mängel: (-) das Mülltrenn-System war uns nicht bekannt. Hier wäre eine kleine Anleitung hilfreich in der Küche zB (dass der Müll öffentlich entsorgt werden muss und auch getrennt werden muss!) In der Küche war nur 1 Mülleimer, daher war das Trennen nicht direkt ersichtlich (-) der nächste Supermarkt ist nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat das nicht gestöhrt, da wir ohnehin täglich mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Daher eher als Hinweis
