Excelente opção pra quem está de moto

Gostei muito da estadia. Fui muito bem atendido pelo staff do hotel, em especial a Ana do restaurante. As condições, achei um pouco mais precário comparado com a última vez que estive neste hotel. Falta toalha no quarto, banheiro sujo, sabonete de má qualidade. Mas no geral eu voltaria a este hotel, a não ser que continuem aumentando os preços, como estão agora.

Apesar da boa localização, perto da saída da cidade, o conforto é péssimo, as camas possuem apenas um pillow top em cima do box e são muito desconfortáveis. o café da manhã possui pouca variedade e pedidos especiais só são atendidos caso o hóspede tenha restrições alimentares. O quarto também teve bastante barulho durante a noite apesar de não ser próximo à rua.

Que tal uma olhada na manutenção de itens basicos

O pessoal é bem simpatico. Senti falta de algumas manutenções basicas no hotel em geral. No quarto nosso refrigerador nao estava funcionando,porém o hotel nao pensou 2x para oferecer outro apto. Mas tinha chuveiro higienico quebrado. Pia do banheiro da recepção vazando.Lampadas dos abajures queimadas. Lixo pequeno no quarto e na área da piscina. Seria legal colocarem um lixo maior em epoca de ferias pra dar conta da demanda ;-) Nao sao reclamaçoes,mas sugestoes para o Hotel dar uma olhadinha na parte da manutenção já que de resto estão de parabens.

Hotel bom mas pode melhorar

O hotel é muito bom e novo porém no meu quarto tinha mofo abaixo das janela e as lençóis de cama estavam com uma parte preta de sujeira mas eu foi para a marathona de Sorocaba no hotel e infelizmente não tinha café de manaha cedo porém ofereceram um café. Mas depois descubro o café era pago acho deveria oferecer sem custos já que não ofereceram qualquer tipo de café de manhã e o hotel era só de corredores nesta noite

Os quartos virados para a rua no inicio da manhã recebe muito barulho da rua de carros e caminhão, isso para quem não está acostumado é horrivel, tivemos que acordar cedo.

Estadia razoável

Para curtos espaços de tempo é viável. Longas estadias não recomendo, hotel possui preço elevado de café da manhã e estacionamento pago a parte com dificuldade de atendimento do pessoal que normalmente estão em apenas uma pessoa para chegada de 3/4 carros em um mesmo horário.

Infelizmente essa estadia foi aquém das expectativas. Quarto com limpeza abaixo do padrão do hotel, mofo nos rejuntes do banheiro, toalhas muito desgastadas, travesseiros e colchão ruins. Uma pena. O atendimento do staff da recepção dentro das expectativas.

Quarto para 3 tamanho padrão ibis styles com cama casal grande e uma solteiro! Silencioso! Chuveiro excelente! Espaço ótimo para as roupas! Café da manhã com frutas, cereais, yogurt, queijos e queijo branco, presunto, pão de queijo ótimo, ovos, salsicha, pães, máquina de cafés (expresso, capuccino, e outros)! Funcionários competentes e prestativos! Chuveiro excelente! Piscina muito bonita, não é aquecida mas temperatura quente do calor de Sorocaba! Estacionamento pago à parte 18,00 o dia! Tudo certinho!

É um bom hotel, limpo, bem localizado, tinha uma boa vista do quarto. Fiquei no quarto andar achei um pouco barulhento a avenida mas nada demais, so a televisão que poderia pegar os canais com melhor qualidade, estavam desfocados.
