They were really helpful when trying to liase with tours or taxi drivers and to get sellers to leave us be! Fab location, the view of rhe pyramids was insane! I didnt expect them to be right there but they really were :) We didn't eat at the hotel - so cannot comment on that , loads of places near by for food. Thank you again! :) "

The hotel has an incredible view of the Giza Pyramids, especially from the rooftop it’s the perfect place to relax, take photos, and enjoy breakfast or sunset. The rooms were clean, new, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a perfect stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. They also helped us arrange tours and transportation, which made exploring Cairo easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great hospitality and excellent service. "We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were exceptional and they accommodated all our needs. They treat us family there. Also if you need to book your tour go directly with them and they will accommodate all your tours. The room is clean and we have the whole balcony to ourselves. The view is excellent!!!! You can’t beat the view from this hotel. The entrance to the pyramids is right across. Breakfast was awesome, the food is fresh and they will actually cook it for you. Me and my family will definitely be going back again. "

"Magnificent view of timeless grandeur! All staff were most helpful in accommodating my every need!! I give a strong encouragement for staying at the Pyramids Valley. Specially, I had several complications with my far-flung adventure, trying to organize it from the other side of the word and not knowing Egyptian. Staff handled everything from airport and train transfers, meals, accessibility issues, and tours. For me, this was a trip of a lifetime. There were many problems that could have wrecked it, and Pyramids Valley foresaw these complications and had solved them before I ever knew they existed! I had a wonderful time! I could have sat on my balcony, admiring the view and drinking tea for the rest of my life! "
