Ich war mit meinem Algier Freund zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel, es war alles ok, alles bestens für uns, und wir werden dieses Hotel erneut im März besuchen, Grund : wir heiraten im März. Aber ich habe bar bezahlt, nicht mit Visa card

With a better hotel manager this could be a great1

The breakfast quality was to bad, specially for healthy people. The dinner was "ok" but leaves more to wish. Variation was poor and often the quality too, But its africa what can we expect? It was ok though. The guests wasnt standing inline for the food so it was often an irritating circus with no "houserules" applied when trying to take food. That was a minus that can be done better aswell. The worst thing was the music though, it started 9.00 in the morning (or maybe even earlier) at the pool and was being played in a high volume all of the day.. And at night there was a disco playing high volume until like 04.00 .... This music was played so high that it seemed like u had a disco in your hotelroom 24/7 and the only hours you could have a quality sleep was between 04.00 and 09.00 which is to few hours to relax and sleep on a vaccation... It didn't feel like it was possible to relax at the hotel since it was high music allt the time and even in the night.. Thats sad cause grow up people travel on vaccation to relax....

Coupures d'eau, chambres vétustes, linge négligés. Eau des piscines trouble de saleté. Le service est inexistant au restaurant qui manque de vaisselle. La queue pour avoir un bol propre le matin. Télévision ne marchant pas. Vol d'un portable dans la chambre. Et la liste n'est pas exhaustive...

1. Too many guests with not so good service. 2. The meal is very simple and not comfortable while dinning. 3. However, personally, the roasted beef, fried chicken and noodles of dinner is very good. Excellent chef. 4. Poor breakfast.

Very dirty place very rude staff

Did not even stay in this dirty place and rude staff, very rude staff and they thing they doing you a favourite, so don't bother even thinking of booking it, the place is very very dirty the staff very very rude, I have called hotel.com on the same night got my refund and asked them to romove this place from the website.

Verdens dårligste hotel!

Vi skulle tjekke ind kl 14, vi fil lov at vente ril kl 15 fordi værelserne ik var klar. Da de endelig var klar, var der ikke blevet gjort fra de sidste gæster. Sete blev gjort ca kl 17. Værelserne er meget gamle, ingen køleskab, air Condition bar ikke, ingen pengeboks på værelset som de reklamere med, dette kan lejes imod penge i receptionen. De har plads til 5 biler på hoteles parkering, resten er til personalet, så du må selv finde wn parkerings plads på gaden. Armbåndet til svømmepladsen og til restuarant fik vi først på dag 2,( vi blev mindet om det af en anden gæst). ALDRIG mere hotel marabout, det fortjener 1/2 stjerne oh ikke. 3!!

Fantastisk 3*** strand hotel...

Fantastisk kort ophold på denne 3*** strand hotel. Hotellet ligger 20' gårtur ved flotte standen fra bycentrum. Rigtig dejlig ferie og ve kommer tilbage!

Sejour Hotel Marabout.

Voyage et réservation de dernière minute, avec un agréable accueil, une chambre propre, un petit déjeuner complet mais avec un manque de qualité sur la viennoiserie, restaurant de l´hôtel non essayé. Par ailleurs il n´y a qu´un savon et serviettes, manque un shampoing. Sinon en général établissement correct.

Weer een top vakantie gehad.

De oudere kamers zijn netjes maar verwacht geen luxe. De matrassen sliepen heerlijk. Vorig jaar in het nieuwe gedeelte voordeel is dat je dan een koelkast op de kamer hebt. Het ontbijt vond ik heerlijk elke dag wat anders van gekookt tot spiegel of roerei. Lekker stokbrood , croisant of pistoletje. De glijbanenen zijn super!!!!

Was I just unlucky or...?

The room was as you would expect from a 3 star hotel. I think they had done some renovations before but not sure if they were starting to wear out or whether they did not finish the job properly. You had a large balcony though the view was of nothing special. The problem really came when we took the shower. The shower head was like a starfish and that means you had 5 or 6 water jets coming out from all sorts of direction away from you so at the end of the shower your whole floor was wet. As we were only there for one night and was leaving early in the morning for the sahara trip so we could not be bothered to change room. The next visit we were given room 3021, again facing the same direction on the same floor. Similar look and feel . After we settled in and turned up the aircon, the air con started to drip (actually they all dripped but this one was raining) This was intolerable as the floor was flooding in a few minutes time so we changed room to Room 3024 This time the aircon had the sound but it was not cold even after a long time. As this was not bearable so we asked again. We finally got a room in 3009 that was ok except a giant cockroach, which we settled in as it was like midnight already If they have fixed the problems or not assign customers to these rooms then I could see it is a reasonable 3 star hotel for such a price.
