Comprising, on the ground floor:
- spacious living room with sofa, TV and WiFi internet access
- open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen
- veranda with dining area overlooking the swimming pool
- bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and wardrobe
- shower room
- separate toilet
Upstairs:
- bedroom 2 with a 140x190 bed and wardrobe
- bedroom 3 with a 140x190 bed and chest of drawers
- bedroom 4 with two 90x190 beds and wardrobe
- separate toilet

The upstairs sleeping area (only) is equipped with air conditioning.
Pleasant garden of approximately 500m², not overlooked, with pool area.
Garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal BBQ available.
Private saltwater pool secured by a fence (open from 1 May to 30 September).

Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The villa is equipped with fibre optic internet.
Private outdoor parking.

Pets allowed.

END-OF-STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (optional cleaning: €250 / optional linen: see prices with the agency).
Pets allowed: €25/week or short stay.
A deposit for accommodation (€800) and a cleaning deposit (€250) will be requested upon arrival by credit card imprint (not debited) or cheque.

Villa with a swimming pool

It was a very nice location for a late summer holiday, especially the swimming pool was great and we enjoyed it every day.

Propriété agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Emplacement calme et à proximité de Vieux Boucou à pied. Piscine très appréciable, mais seulement 2 transats pour se reposer… Manque également d’équipements dans la cuisine (verres, couverts, assiettes..)
