"Both windowless rooms I stayed in had a strong moldy smell. The first room had visible mold on the bed frame, and the air-conditioning and bathroom ventilation areas were dirty. I requested a room change, but the second room still had a moldy odor and dirty air-conditioning vents. The smell was so strong that I had to wash my luggage and bags after returning home. I hope the hotel management will address the mold issue and improve room cleanliness and maintenance."
