"The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Stayed 4 nights with family aged 8 to 81. Everyone was impressed and wanted to stay another week! Plentiful towels, spices, bedrooms, bathrooms. We chose it for the wheelchair accessibility and it worked out well for my husband who is non ambulatory and uses an electric scooter for mobility. Bed was perfect height for transferring, roll in shower had a bit of a curb but we used a shower chair that rolled over it ok. Bathroom sink is high, but workable. It's so rare to find wheelchair accessible homes. It was great. They had lots of ramps for entry that worked great for his Amigo scooter. "

"Beautiful modern home. High end everything. The dock is good for kayaks or a small boat. Not really water you want to jump right into. Overall a great place to stay. Good restaurants nearby. Nice firepit, quiet neighborhood and great views. About 24 min to Newport. "
