"An excellent hotel stay for my family and I when we were visiting Vancouver for an appointment. The room was clean and spacious for us, and we were able to have a crib delivered quickly and easily to the room, which was missed during the Expedia booking.
The only real downside to the property is that the wheelchair lift and escalator into the property from the Skytrain pathway were not working, making having a suitcase and stroller a bit more difficult to manage when arriving and leaving the hotel to take the train. Though we managed to find an alternative route or I carried things up and down stairs, I would imagine it would have been much more challenging for others."
