The unit is fully tiled and features ceiling fans throughout, ensuring comfort during your stay. Enjoy entertainment with a TV, video, Austar, and a CD player. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, and there’s a washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience.

The main bedroom includes an ensuite, and the unit also boasts a bath tub and a shower for added relaxation. Step outside to the balcony, where you can unwind with a gas BBQ. Off-street parking is also available for your convenience.

Please Note: 'Paragon Apartment 6' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
