Sunshine Cottage - walk to the beach

This older-style cottage offers a central location, just a short walk to both the beach and town. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and two sleepouts—one with a double bed and the other with single bunks—making it perfect for small groups or families. The property includes off-street parking, a television, and a fully enclosed yard, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Pet-friendly for one small outside dog, the cottage provides a comfortable and convenient base for your coastal getaway.

Please Note: 'Sunshine Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
