"Check-in was amazing. Nice and informative staff. The kids' area is only open 10-4 and there is no backup attendant if they need lunch or a break or something. The pools are fairly clean, but could use a little extra TLC: gum and moss on one of the hot tubs, flies in the water, and needs clarifier, sand in the baby pool at opening, etc. These pools see quite a lot of traffic though so it would be tough to keep them perfect. My kids absolutely LOVED the indoor lazy river which was very clean. Pool towels were available most of the time, but they are tiny. The housekeeping staff is nice and helpful!
The rooms are clean and fairly spacious, but again just need a little extra TLC for those deep cleaning items, like wrappers and dust inside/under the pullout beds. The kitchens are stocked with dishes and pans, which we used quite a bit! The coffee pot is tiny - only 4 cups. My favorite feature by far was the balcony with chairs! We sat outside frequently to enjoy the waves and people/bird watch."
