"I booked the room to have a weekend with my children. I specifically went there because they had a pool. When I made the reservation, nothing was said to me. When I went in to check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed for inspection. I brought it up to the lady and she was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like I could ask to switch hotels due to the awkwardness of the conversation."

"This is a fantastic property located on mansion row. The Inn Keeper, Miami was great, providing a delicious breakfast and history lesson about the mansion as well as a few ghost stories. Very comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future."

Great self-contained room with everything Nulu has to offer on your doorstep..1st night there was some live music going on at across the street at Taj bar which kept me awake , but apart from that little bump i cannot fault the room... they have lots more in the back further away from street so worth checking.
