"So the reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I didnt have a remote in my room when i checked in. I got one from the front desk only to find the other one behind a dresser in the toom with spider webs also all behind it which means it hasnt been cleaned behind. Also asked multiple times about late check out and was told would have to wait till the morning to ask well that is pointless as i was trying to not have to wake up early. So if i have to wake up to find out about late check then why not jus check out."

"This was our first visit to Lake Anna and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodations! The property was exactly as described and the communication with the host was very responsive. The house was well stocked and great for all ages. We especially loved the beach and the stair entry into the lake. This made it very easy to launch the kayaks and paddle boards. We will definitely be back!"

"We are a multi generation family who throughly enjoyed our time at the Lake. The house was clean and very nicely appointed. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and take care of any concerns. While we would have liked better water access, this was out of the hosts hands as they are experiencing at drought in the vicinity. We were able to get out with paddleboards and kayaks after a good rain. The community pool and pickleball courts were used by our family. We were able to put a boat over at the community ramp.We would not hesitate to return to Lake Anna."

"It appeared there was a transition going on as I learned after arrival they had been recently bought by hilton. All swimming pools were closed except one which made it unusually crowded most of the day. The lodge is ooma were small but comfortable. The walls were quite thin and/or the flooring not being carpet caused us to be able to hear our neighbors far into the night even with the additional fan we brought to drown out sound. The restaurant at the lodge was amazing! The concierge was also amazing and gave great recommendations."

"Home was exceptionally clean and ready for our arrival. Kitchen had every item needed to feed our crew of 12 or more. Extra refrigerators were a plus. Deck area was a haven for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Pool was fabulous and the hot tubs were in use everyday. Loved the theater room and the young adults had a blast with karaoke area. Beds were very comfortable and loved the filled shower dispensers. Towels were first class and plentiful. Communications with owner was excellent and they went over and above to manage a pool issue that occurred. We were able to dock pontoon boat and jet ski easily. Instructions for checking out were easy to follow. Fabulous home and we thank you for a memorable week with our family. Looking forward to our returning next year!"
