"The location of the villa is so convenient - right in the village - great access to restaurants and the grocery store with the lake just across the way. The lobby and public spaces (including the pool and hot tub) were very clean. "

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived at 4 (check in time) our room was not ready, however Jeremy was extremely helpful in getting staff to expedite getting our room ready, but reallythis should have been done already. Hotel is old and can really use some up dates, and could use a good scrubbing. Hallway walls were dirty and need paint and room decor is old. Cleaning staff should clean under beds and behind furniture, areas they definitely don't check. In the halls you can see dirt on light fixtures, walls, and carpet. At one point the hall for our floor smelled like sewage. And maybe add some microwaves to the rooms as well, when traveling with kids as most parents know there is time to warm up some grub. The food served on property was good, did not mind eating at the restaurant or bar, all tasted good. Walking the property by the lake is very nice and relaxing. Overall the stay was not bad, it was very convenient for the event we were they for. I just feel for the price you pay for the stay the property should be in better shape and a lot cleaner."

"The apartment was clean and neat, the bed comfortable, and the place was very nicely quiet. I appreciated the fitness room very close by, and the pool was pretty though I didn’t get a chance to swim this visit. The location was pretty and quiet. It’s about 20 minutes drive to excellent restaurants in Henderson, and 40 minutes to central Las Vegas. The host was an excellent communicator. We had a small delay in checking in related to the setting of the code on the door, but the host was very prompt at fixing it with the help of the maintenance person. Parking was convenient in the same building. Laundry machines were only a few doors away in the next hall, 1.75 for each machine payable by credit card. It would be good to bring your fav laundry soap.The kitchen was pretty well equipped, though we didn’t do much cooking."

"Great stay. Plenty of room. Nice building and area. Close to restaurants and away from strip. Great starting point to head to Hoover dam. Not too far from strip either."

"The room was great for our family, we enjoyed the pool many times over our stay. Very quiet, master bed was comfortable and kitchen had mostly everything we needed. The master shower is tight but we ended up just all using the other spare bath shower. We brought bikes and did the Wetlands loop nearby. We also visited the Hoover Dam and Boulder City which was a lovely drive through the national park, also very convenient location to get there. The village Gelato shop is delicious and Grocery store with Peet’s Coffee was also very convenient. Lake Las Vegas was a great way to visit LV without having to stay near the strip."
