Unser geplanter Aufenthalt im Hotel MĂŒrz vom 09.09.25 bis 16.09.25 wurde durch eine völlig inakzeptable Situation massiv beeintrĂ€chtigt. Aufgrund einer angeblichen Ăberbuchung mussten wir unser Zimmer rĂ€umen â zugunsten sogenannter StammgĂ€ste. Uns wurde lediglich angeboten, fĂŒr die letzte Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln. Der damit verbundene Aufwand und Zeitverlust standen in keinem VerhĂ€ltnis, sodass wir gezwungen waren, einen Tag...
