"Villa was perfect for the kind of holiday we needed. We used the house as a base, we didn’t use the kitchen facilities much. Pool was lovely and clean and any small issues were sorted very quickly. Some spare toilet roll and some spare bin liners is nice to find instead of having to buy whole packs, but not a huge issue I would say that is my only criticism, besides not being able to stay longer!!!The seafront has changed a lot since we last visited and we enjoyed using the new coastal walk, it was so pretty. And you can’t get better beaches. And of course the islands wonderful cats, beautiful to see how loved and well looked after they all are. We had a lovely time, thank you."

"The Mandarin Villa was superb for our first big family holiday. Perfectly clean and well equipped. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Fantastic pool and play area for kids. Host and manager were brilliant when needed assistance, which was minimal.Only 10 mins from lovely clean beach and harbour. Would highly recommend. We will certainly use again!! Thank you x"

"The property was rather tired but spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There was lots of storage and lots of towels provided. The balcony was amazing with comfortable seating and fabulous views.The shower over the bath was very poor."

"The villa was clean, well-equipped and is in a great location - a few shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. It's around a 15 minute drive to Protaras and Ayia Napa with plenty of things to do and see.The owners were kind enough to sort out a food delivery as we were arriving late which was very much appreciated and there are clear instructions for the villa and plenty of suggestions and recommendations of what to do and where to eat.The villa itself is a great size, clean and well-equipped. Having said that the bathrooms are rather cramped and have very little storage for toiletries. The shower in the en-suite could do with a deep clean or refresh. The outside area is smaller than we're used to and we had to play musical sunbeds throughout the day to catch the sunny areas. The pool remained in shade for most of the day (maybe due to the time of year – late September) which meant it didn’t warm up at all but it was still nice to be able to have a refreshing dip in throughout the day. (The pictures of the outside area are years old as the trees and shrubs are much taller now).I appreciate that this is out of the control of the owners, and they did forewarn us, but the construction work going on just a few metres (literally just over the fence) from the Villa definitely impacted our holiday. Work began every morning at 6am and finished at 5pm. The machinery was very loud and everything got covered in dust. Hopefully this will be completed by next year? "
