The rooms are serviced each day if needed, the staff are both friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and I found no problems. "The Airport Shuttle was timely arranged and the staff were super friendly. They were on top of my flight schedules and made sure Everything went Smooth. It’s a good distance from the Airport. My Trip was very nice and the Hotel City Star helped it make alot easier. I recommend this Hotel."

"Decent customer service but room had a foul smell, no window and no hot water. Wasn’t very clean and also there were cockroaches and some other bugs present. TV remote had no batteries and the fridge provided in room was moldy everywhere. I would not risk going there, thanks. "

I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking."

"I would say you get exactly what you paid for here. It’s a cheap hotel. My bedsheets were dirty, my towel had multiple stains, everything was dusty, and the bathroom had leaking water and areas of mold. The only positive thing here was the friendly staff, the food service, and a sweet welcome gesture with snacks and water. Would recommend if you only need a place to leave your luggage. "
