Typical weather for our Saturday and no chef for our Saturday morning breakfast so we got 20% off for saturday night stay because no hot items for breakfast at the buffet. Pool was nice and warm. "On checkout the staff member refused to give me, or even show me, the account for the restaurant/bar items that I had charged to my room, simply informing me that there were 5 items and that as I had booked my room through Expedia the account and receipt would come from them. I am a long time, fairly frequent, independent, traveller and have never, ever, been refused an account on checking out of a hotel. I still have no idea what items I have been billed for, or the total cost. I only booked and paid Expedia for my room. I am extremely unhappy about this."

Also had pieces of the ceiling plaster falling into the bathroom and zero response from staff when notified about it."
