The place does not look like the picture. It’s a ground floor studio at the end of an alley that is filled with cats. Someone is feeding the cats and has placed a cat condo’ outside the apartment door. We questioned the cleanliness of the front door area with all of the cats living there. Also, noisy children frequently found their way back to our doorway to look at the cats. The apartment itself was okay. Odd things were awry. For ex, the bathroom had 5 lights but three of the light bulbs were burnt out. The TV didn’t work because the cable box had to be replaced. Also, one of the two remotes lacked batteries. It wasn’t a terrible situation but it also was not particularly good.

Propre mais pas de fenêtre !!!

Notre séjour à Split s’est bien passé malgré notre déception en arrivant à l’appartement. Nous avions loué un studio pour 4 personnes malheureusement celui-ci n’avait pas de fenêtre ! Loin des photos qui étaient indiquées sur le site Hôtel.com Déçus...

Since the place is a little hard to find. The host sent pictures with arrows and directions to make it much easier. Irena was very helpful and apartment was very convenient to everything

Fabulous location in the heart of Old Town Split

This apartment was well equipped and in an unbeatable location. The stairs to access the travel agency to pick up keys etc at commencement of stay are daunting (ask for the alternate route with fewer steps if you have heavy luggage) but once you get to your accommodation you won’t regret it.

Great little studio in Split

We booked the studio terrace, which is a couple of hundred meters from the other R&D apartments.(Which seemed to cause some confusion for a previous reviewer.) It was a cozy apartment with a small kitchenette and a large terrace overlooking the Riva and harbor. The surrounding restaurants were excellent and there was a grocery store and beer store close by. We had a most enjoyable stay and the R&D staff were very helpful. Highly recommended for your stay in Split!

When we arrived they tried to say I had actually booked a different unit that was in a different location. The other unit was crappy and I refused to stay there.

Excellent Location/Facilities

Location was in the heart of the Palace, beautiful restaurants and bars nearby. Easily accessible to the main street. Beach is about 15-20 minutes walk and everybody is very friendly and polite. A screen inside the apartment looking out at the front of the apartment which made me feel very safe

Ecellent location BUT you need to like cats

Overall the apartment is clean and in a good location close to all the sites and transport options etc.The disappointing aspect is the amount of cats and kittens which are permanently outsde the front door of the apartment.The cats occupy the area outside the property so it is impossible to sit outsde.This is an organised cat sanctuary and are resident 24/7.Not great for getting a good nights sleep.This element should be flagged to future guests.

Room was amazing, shower/bathroom is very small. Ivana at the front desk was extremely helpful, she helped us find cheap taxi back to airport. We had trouble finding the place since it is behind the very crowded historical site.

Great location and very friendly helpful staff

This place is in the best location in split, so close to everything in the palace, no need for a car, the staff were so good and helpful with booking tours, would highly recomend.

Lokationen var helt fantastisk, og vi havde den skønneste tagterrasse med udsigt over vandet. Lejligheden havde alt, hvad vi behøvede - det var ikke luksus, men helt okay i forhold til, hvor lidt tid man bruger i den. Vi ville med glæde komme tilbage hertil!

Very spacious excellent location

We were met at our taxi drop off by the property agent Jelana who made us feel very welcome. Her English is excellent. Nothing was too much of a problem. We would gladly stay in this property again or any other property which Jelena is looking after.
