Spacious villa stretching across 250 m2 with a beautiful see view by the coast, only 5min away from the center. Luxury bedrooms designed to fulfill your perfect vacation in Split. Quiet surrounding only 1min away from the beach.
It is almost impossible to find a place in Split that combines all the elements this mansion can offer you. Although in the city center you can still experience a quiet neighborhood being only 3 min away from the beach. It offers you a great view and spacious rooms trying to tackle the mainstream tiny hotel rooms which often do not leave you any space to enjoy your well deserved vacation.

Large house with hot tub, view and central location..
Four story house with large living space and big back yard. Each bedroom has a balcony and bottom story has pool table. Hot tub is new, very clean and has great sea view.
