I reserved three rooms for my family. All the rooms were clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The rooms were easy to access and the host was very friendly and helpful. The location was superb! Everything is so near! Great historical sites, wonderful cafes, great restaurants and yummy gelato! I would highly recommend these rooms to anyone wanting a lovely stay in Split.

Excellent location to visit Split but clearer directions to find the room would be helpful upon arrival. The room was clean and within walking distance of the old town. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The property was very nice and clean and the location was excellent. The wifi was extremely unreliable and often didn’t work. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone who worked there (besides checking in, he did answer in a timely manner at that time) and when inquiring about if we could store our luggage after check out, one number never answered and another took 1.5 hours to respond, long after we had to check out. It would be nice if there was one number to contact had anything happened that guests need help with. Overall, our stay was good.

The room was great clean, quiet and close to everything in the city. There was NO toilet paper except for a little left by the toilet. W had to purchase some. Communication after check in was nonexistent. We were given a contact to use through What’s App. We used it to send a message but never received a response even after multiple attempts. Not sure what we would have done if there was an emergency or real problem with the room. I recommend checking everything before the host leaves when you check in. Make sure you have toilet paper, towels, soap, etc.

Really nice room in a great area of Split. It had the bare essentials, e.g., iron, kettle, washing machine, and some great additions like washing liquids, extra blankets, body soap and little hygiene kits. The room met my expectations very well! The air conditioning was great, too. Check-in was smooth. We had to meet with the host just as we arrived. He was very lovely and explained things clearly. The only thing would be the tax for the room, which was €45. I found this a bit high, especially compared to other rooms we looked at when booking. But otherwise, it was a great stay. 5/5.
