"Modern, Spacious, and Perfectly Located!Our family of three had a fantastic five-night stay here during March break. Finding a place that keeps a 16-year-old happy while providing a relaxing environment for parents can be a challenge, but this rental nailed it.The dwelling itself is stunning—very modern, clean, and much more spacious than the photos suggest. Having enough room to spread out made a huge difference in our comfort level. We also loved the location; being so close to downtown Calgary made it incredibly easy to explore the city’s best restaurants and attractions without long commutes.What truly set this experience apart, however, was our host. They were incredibly engaged and helpful from the moment we booked, providing great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. It’s rare to find a host who is both professional and genuinely welcoming.Highlights: - Location: Prime access to downtown and local amenities. - Space: Plenty of room for a family with a teenager. - Amenities: Modern finishes and a very well-equipped kitchen.- Hosts: Responsive, friendly, engaged.We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our spring break. "There was only one staff who was nice. I don’t know how this place stays open. They make you sign this docs where they say they will charge you fees for everything. Ask for a damage deposit and your id information. The property is in really bad condition. It’s old and broken and dirty. Sheets and pillows smell musty. God knows if they wash them. Furniture and walls and facilities are not just old they’re broken. Be aware that sliding doors to the balcony don’t lock. I asked to be moved to one where the door lock worked and they just said none has a lock. They do they just don’t work. So hope nobody jumps from another room and steals your stuff. If the room is missing something you will also be charged but they can’t even make sure they’re safe. I knew it wasn’t a 5 star hotel but this is a joke. "

"Our room was so dirty we checked out after 10 minutes. There was cobwebs, blood on the heater, one beds sheets were stained yellow, bathrooms were dirty l. Front desk lady was nice but no refund offered. We were very disappointed but thankfully found a cleaner hotel to stay in down the road."

"No amenities nearby...only a mcdonalds and tim hortons down the road. They originally gave me a room that was obviously not cleaned. bed not made, empty cans laying all over and garbages not changed. Hotel is very noisy through the entire night. Lots of parties, loud music every night all night. I wiould never recommend this hotel to anyone and would never stay there again."
