"This was a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and everything was impeccably clean. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit.What really set this property apart was the thoughtfulness behind it. Everywhere I turned, I found another detail that made me think, “They’ve thought of everything.” From the amenities to the comfort of the space, it was clear that the hosts had carefully considered what would make their guests feel welcome and at home.The result was a stay that felt both relaxing and effortless. We spent our days enjoying the beautiful surroundings and our evenings appreciating a home that was as comfortable as it was charming. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay on Whidbey Island."

"The cottage was located in the trees and was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We saw deer and a baby rabbit in the area around the cottage. It was well appointed and the owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. We would definitely like to stay here again!"

"The breakfast was wonderful. There was an issue with the A/C and unfortunately it was during a time of unusually high temps in June so that really impacted our enjoyment. I would recommend the Saratoga In. Though. The room was very comfortable and the location was perfectly located to walk to beaches and shops/ restaurants."

"House is large and property is gorgeous. Plenty of room to spread out indoors and out. Loved the outdoors fireplace, koi pond, and beautiful landscaping. Loved the views from multiple rooms. There are actually 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a private bath. Then there are two bedrooms downstairs sharing a bathroom. Mike was easy to work with and very responsive. House was clean and Mike provided plenty of paper products and soaps/shampoos for our stay. There were some differing coffee varieties there for k-cup and drip along with sugar, as well as salt/pepper, and some oils and spices. Would stay here again."

"Overall this location on Whibey Island on the lake is wonderful. The house itself has a lot to offer but was not kept up super well. It’s beyond being old. It’s a-shame because for instance the view is amazing and has multiple places to enjoy the views from but the furniture for the most part is in disrepair or simply covered in bird poop. Hard to want to sit in it. Game room was awesome! Large TV we could not get to connect to the spotty WiFi so of that’s what you need this isn’t the place potentially. We did not care too much and the kids ended up watching a movie on a iPad… would have been better on the TV but couldn’t get it figured out. All and all if you are very finicky, this probably isn’t the house for you. It is a large house that fits multiple families and we had a great time, but there are definite compromises that need to be made."
