  • The cottage sits on top of 80 acres in the hills of Tennessee. 40 minutes from downtown Nashville, 15 mins to Spring Hill or Columbia. 7 minutes to the nearest food, gas stations etc at the Bear Creek exit off of I-65.

    Outdoor patio with fire place, front porch with amazing sunset views of the hills and fully stocked pond. Recessed back deck on the upper level with amazing sunrise views.
    Modern chic furniture, 1 bedroom with King Sized bed and a loft with 4 "full size" bunks sleeping up to 8 people in the loft alone if beds are shared.
