"My wife and I were looking for a quiet relaxing get away and this cabin not only promised that but delivered in a spectacular way. It didn't matter if it was 2 in teh afternoon or 2 in the morning the lake was amazingly quiet and peaceful. An occasional boat or jet ski would pass by out on the lake but nothing to disturb the peace and quiet of the cabin. Not only was there no noise pollution there was very little light pollution either so you can sit on the deck and star gaze in the quiet morning hours. The local people were very friendly with people waving as we drove by, engaging in conversations when we would meet the whole environment made us feel very welcomed. The cabin had everything we needed to cook meals including a gas grill that worked very well. If you don't like spiral staircases you can walk the stairs out side between each level but the spiral staircase wasn't an issue either. All in all, we were looking for a quiet relaxing few days to unwind and escape from a stressful few weeks and this cabin definitely over delivered. The owner, Shawn, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, we would definitely book again."
