Staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. They had a wheelchair to help my mom get to the room. They were able to give us a ground floor room so we didn’t have to deal with any steps. Room was clean and well equipped. Love the living room area that can be separated from the sleeping area with the curtain. Bathroom was clean. Everything was great!

The room was clean. Everyone was nice. Laundry room was convenient and the exercise room was next to it. My only complaint really was that the do not disturb sign on the door wasn’t respected. It’s frustrating when someone walks in after telling them through the door that you haven’t checked out yet. I would still recommend this hotel.

Everything was nice and clean. The room was nice and spacious. There was lots of storage and counter space. Bathroom and shower were very nice. The breakfast was pretty typical of hotel breakfast.
