Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire Silo House property, including the spacious outdoor patio with its fireplace and grill. For your convenience and privacy, the property is equipped with self-check-in via an electronic lock.

Located on Don Tyson Parkway, easy access to downtown Springdale or the interstate.

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.
- Pets - No pets allowed.
- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Minimum Age -Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.
- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
- Extra Guests - This listing is for 2 guests. Two extra guests up to 4 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.
