The heating/AC unit was disassembled for some reason. The elevator wasn’t working that night. I didn’t stay the night. The staff were very accommodating when I informed them of these concerns. They offered another room and it wasn’t much better than the initial room. The staff was very accommodating when I requested a refund. They worked with hotels.com to make this happen quickly. I don’t plan on staying there again. "
